Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• We ship to addresses in Malaysia with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days; remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping fee: $9.95 for orders under 3 boxes; free for orders of 3 boxes or more.
• All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
• Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
• Customs & import: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or inspection by local authorities. These are the buyer's responsibility. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product may be lawfully imported into their country.
• If your parcel shows no movement for 21 days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and reship or refund.

Refunds and returns

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Unopened boxes: full refund of the product price after the box is returned.
• Opened first box: refund available once per customer for your first order of a single box — no return needed.
• Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged, wrong or missing items: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reship or refund in full.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you paid in Ringgit, the refund is returned in Ringgit at the original exchange rate.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, shipping carriers, hosting, email). We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Malaysian customers' data is handled consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 principles.

Terms of service

• Seller: All sales are made by Rimba Botanicals LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to purchase.
• Pricing: Prices are set in US Dollars. Malaysian customers may choose to pay in Ringgit at checkout, at the exchange rate shown before payment. Prices and promotions may change; the price at checkout applies.
• Product use: Gear 4 Oral Strip is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not recommended for anyone under 18 or with a heart condition. Do not exceed 2 strips per week. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you. Individual results vary.
• Orders: We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or orders to destinations we cannot lawfully ship to. If cancelled after payment, you receive a full refund.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
• Changes: We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
